Why Skye Alexandra House?

The core principles behind what we do

We Understand the Lived Experience

Founded and led by survivors and professionals from diverse ethnic communities, we understand the unique challenges ethnically diverse young women face in accessing sexual violence services.

We Are Rooted in Intersectionality

We don’t just address trauma; we recognize and challenge the overlapping systems of oppression that affect young ethnically diverse women and girls.

We Believe in Radical Healing & Empowerment

Survivors are more than their trauma. Our focus is on restoring autonomy, power, and self-worth to every young woman and girl we support.
