If advice and support are needed, look at the list below of organisations that can help in your time of need.

The UK charity Missing People operates a free and confidential helpline which is open 24/7 for anybody affected by a disappearance. If somebody you know is missing, or if you yourself are away from home or thinking of leaving, you can call or text 116 000 or email 116000@missingpeople.org.uk 
for free emotional support and practical advice around the clock.

Refuge is committed to a world where domestic abuse is not tolerated and where women and children can live in safety. We aim to empower women and children to rebuild their lives, free from violence and fear by providing a range of services including a network of refuges across the country, a 24hour national domestic violence helpline as well as outreach and independent advocacy services.
