In recongition of Mental Health Awareness Month, Skye Alexandra House will be hosting a complimentary wellness day tailored for women and girls who have faced domestic and sexual violence.

The day's schedule includes a morning session of pilates, followed by afternoon tea and engaging conversations/poetry, culminating in an art therapy session facilitated by Charlie Henson from the First Floor Place. This opportunity allows participants to creatively express their emotions and reflections through art. Additionally, a therapist will be available for individuals seeking additional support or guidance.

We have a few suprises for you throughout the day too :-)

Given the limited capacity of 40 spots for this free event, we kindly request that only those who are certain of attending register, ensuring that the space is available for those who truly need it.
